Here is a sampling of menu items offered by Aha! Cuisine.  The final menu is customized according to a client’s taste and budget. Cooking with locally sourced products at their seasonal peak and is always preferred but never required. And Aha! Cuisine offers a wide range of salads and desserts to complement meals. Spring / Summer Entrees:

Cheese Board:

A cheese board has become de rigueur for a successful cocktail party and a nice addition to the pre-dinner cocktail gathering. Popular items include Artisanal Cheeses & locally cured meats, Plum Chutney or Onion Marmalade, Charleston Spiced Nuts, Cracked Green Olive Relish with Lemon Confit, Fresh & Dried Fruit, and an assortment of Crostini and Gourmet Crackers.
