4-Guest Week of Dinners for Post Surgery Convalescing Jenny, that dinner was wonderful! Better than any dinner I can remember at a restaurant, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the braised onions were delicious, the sliced peas with lemon were bright and delicate, and the tart was outstanding. We all agreed to have more with breakfast this morning. With the light rice and salad, it was the perfect dinner for the first day home. What a treat after a difficult week. Thanks so much!
